Job Description – Construction Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: NA 180,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
As a Construction Manager at Barocci Nigeria Limited, you will play a critical role in implementing your architectural vision on site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Construction Management: Oversee all architectural aspects of projects and ensure the smooth implementation of plans on site from start to finish.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software to create detailed plans and adjustments.
- Coordination: Effectively collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify deviations, and take timely corrective action.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including reports, plans, and photographs, for accounting and reporting purposes.
- Problem-solving: Addressing unforeseen technical challenges or design obstacles that may arise during the construction phase.
- Communication: Promoting clear and professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure consistent project execution.
- Technical Consulting: Providing expert advice and technical expertise on all architectural aspects of the construction site.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following skills:
- Academic Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Architectural Knowledge: Thorough understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Technical Drawing Skills: Ability to accurately interpret and process architectural plans and specifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders on a project.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of construction professionals.
- Residence: To facilitate supervision of construction work, the residence must be located in the Lekki area.
